HI Jon, great to connect with you. I am actually working on a presentation for a staff meeting on Tuesday. The really odd thing is, I was able to convince management to adopt social media in the workplace, but offering the idea to staff is more challenging. Lots of great ideas on this network. I'm glad to be here.

we have a workforce who work remotely and are piloting a monthly temperature guage on our intranet to guage how people are feeling - it's early days yet. Has anyone got any longterm experience of these and how to make the most of them?

What a great idea... although I would have thought one was already started! I'll take a look around, and if there isn't one, I'd be glad to start one.

I'll get up with you on that sub-group on Monday. It's a great topic. Melbourne, Australia? Great city from all I've heard. I spent some time in Sydney a few years ago and could never get down to Melbourne. My regret.
