Who are you?
I manage a 15 member technical support group that provides customer support to over 450 insurance agencies who use our content management software. Our organization is based on the Raving Fan philosophy. Goal #1 is Raving Fans, but goal #2 is Raving Employees, then comes revenue. With our goals being structured this way, we have to be focused on employee engagement to ensure we meet goal #1. When your employees are engaged, your customers are raving fans.
I live in Atlanta, GA with my wife and enjoy great books and films.
