Who are you?
I am an Employee Engagement Specialist for Cherokee Nation Entertainment. We concentrate in the Indian Gaming Industry along with Hospitality. Currently we have 7 casinos including one which is the Hard Rock Tulsa Casino & Hotel. With the sudden turn of the economy we have realized more than ever the crucial role that employee engagement plays within our business.
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
I want to learn and share as much information and knowledge as I can in order to fully begin engaging our company's employees!
