I'm a knowledge work consultant specialized in social technology. I strongly believe that crowdsourcing and gamification are keys to productive and motivational modern work - when done right. I'm also interested in work psychology and all kind of social media and its sub-phenomena.
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
Right now I'm trying to find out how to engage employees by means of crowdsourcing. I also want to learn how to utilize crowdsourcing in change management if it's possible in general.

Employee engagement means that employees are willing to do what ever is needed for the company.

I too appreciate the social element of work and crowd-sourcing. I am intrigued by organization who crowdsource strategy with staff rather than go away on an isolated retreat.
