- Managing partner of Humans At Work, LLC.
Humans At Work is a training program that grounds new managers in the essential skills of managing people. The company motto is: "Work is a human thing. Let's treat each other that way."
I deliver the program on a turnkey basis, and consult with clients on setting up the program in-house.
I've written "A Leader's Manifesto" to describe the skills of good management and why they're critical to the success of business. I invite you to read it on the company website.
And because I believe in the program, I want everyone to have access to it. I've made the entire curriculum available under a Creative Commons non-commercial license so that organizations under financial constraints may use the ideas to benefit their employees.

Have you considered something around Storytelling and the use of Joseph Campbell's mythology model Diane? I find it a great way of bridging the rational/corporate story and the deeper and more engaging personal story in a way that's both revealing...

Am I ever pleased you joined us. I look so forward to your participation and involvement in the network. I took a 4 minute glance at your leader's manifesto and decided to print it...I am away for 8 days and wanted to read it while I am flying. I appreciate your writing and your approach. I also like that you don't fear free (creative commons). Work is a human thing.
