Kim N Carswell is Chief Executive Consultant and Founder of Persona Affairs, LLC a personality-driven brand development and public relations firm. As an entrepreneur who quickly built her own successful consulting business, she assisted academic associations, corporations, non-profit organizations with personnel brand management. In 2007 she elevated Persona’s training division to incorporate her conflict management background and launched a brand promise workshops “There is an “I’ in Team” & “Team Branding = Team Building”. She has facilitated conflict management training throughout the US and internationally in Canada, Israel (Palestine) and Nigeria.
