With over 2 decades of experience in the airline industry, Kirsten has a strong background as an innovative performance improvement specialist, instructional designer, developer, facilitator and coach.

Kirsten has designed and facilitated a diverse range of courses for domestic and international clients. These encompass a wide range of Government regulatory courses as well as results focused courses for leadership, performance management and coaching.
