- Who are you?
- Mother of three great kids - a nurse, a sr. at UNC-Chapel Hill and a high school freshman; and three dogs! I love designing and making jewelry, knitting, camping and movies.
- What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
- Certified Recognition Professional. I work at Wachovia Corporation as the Employee Engagement Leader for the Operations and Technology Group (approx 16,000 employees). I am also the current Executive Vice President of Recognition Professionals International (RPI) and have been an active member for 8 years. I am also the organization's chairperson for the annual conference for the past three years.
