I am OD consultant, based in the Western Cape and focus my attention on "Leadership - the art and practice of Engagement"

We are also in the process establishing a Leadership Institute in the Western Cape - very exciting!
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
My practice is entirely focused on helping leaders understand and practice the art of Engagement
