- Who are you?
- I enjoy learning more about people's thoughts on employee engagement and new HR trends. I am Greek and have lived outside the country most of my life. I began my career stepping on grapes at a winery and now a consultant. I think I will end my career back at a winery stepping on grapes... Great benefits!

Remember that employees are human first; seek to build what matters the most to humans - personal relationships.
