Welcome to the employee engagement network.

I love the idea of an employee perspective group that is joined. I often thought one of the big downfall the the pervasive use of employee engagement surveys was that employees often had no input into the questions asked.

Always nice to see someone else from Canada join our network. Let me know if I can be of assistance to you.
