Welcome to the network. I believe you are the first member from Mexico. Mexico often seems to have high engagement rates as assessed by Gallup. I appreciate your use of the term boutique consulting as I think of this network as a bit of a boutique network. We don't have to be huge to be successful! Please feel comfortable to jump into the conversations and offer your perspective and feel equally comfortable to ask for what you need.
