Big transition from online to in person. Many people can't believe how many people say yes but how few show up. I think you work at building a relationship with them. Perhaps start a Chicago group and build some rapport over time. Of course I could be completely wrong too.

Thanks for your comment. I have started our employee engagement initiative recently. We have total 135 people in our organization and most of the people are at Sr. Consultant and consultant level. I would like to know what you h engagement ave done at your organization as part of employee engagement initiative.
Currently I am working on following area as part of our engagement initiative:

Training & Development
Career Development
Improving Performance Management Systems
Regular communication between HR team and Employee
Job Satisfaction
Work-life balance
Equal Opportunity

What often serves my client is that my prior life includes broad and deep technology and FS/Healthcare business knowledge. Before I figured out my strengths, I even spent some time as a database administrator.
