Who are you?
I'm the CEO of an employee communications software company based in California. Our solution helps HR and Communications departments overcome email fatigue and information overload to connect with employees and spark interaction.
We are active in IABC (International Association of Business Communicators) and want to learn more about the larger issue of employee engagement, as a lot of our customers say they use our software for employee engagement intiatives.
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
