Hi Phil - i decided to sign up in the end...
I'm now working for a performance and talent management (people/process and technology) consultancy down in sunny Brighton. We specialise in helping organisations engage, align and retain their top talent.

You're still at Pershing i take it? Would be good to schedule some time to get an update with things at Pershing and understand some of your challenges. I'll look to touch base towards the end of next week but am up in London frequently should you fancy meeting up for some lunch etc...

In the interim feel free to give me a call if you get the chance.

Appreciate the question--but what if you consider that there is more than one type of "true" engagement, and that different types of engagement may involve more or less spiritual, intellectual or participatory involvement?

Men get engaged when you acknowledge what they do, and women become engaged when you acknowledge who they are.

Yonica: I appreciated the statement: "an invisible grandfather clause." Staying power and growth not just sticking around because of the pension. Well said. David
