Who are you?
I have been a consultant and practioner in market research, employee research, and human capital measurement for over 15 years. My current professional role is as Principal and Practice Leader for Employee Research and Engagement at Hewitt Associates. Hewitt is a large HR and Management consulting firm.

I also try to keep up with (and engage) two young sons!
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
I have been consulting in employee engagement measurement, action planning, and improvement since 1993. I lead the development team that created Hewitt's approach to employee engagement measurement and improvement. Through the years I have consulted with hundreds of different companies on engagement measurement and related actions with strong, positive business results.
