Hi, Craig--
What do you play?
There's a Celtic music session on Monday nights at Fiddler's Hearth, in South Bend. If you're ever in
north-central Indiana on a Monday night, it's a good place to be. It runs from about 8-12 PM.
Fr. Jim
The Very Reverend Mitred Archpriest Father James Rosselli.
Now you can see why I prefer plain, "Father Jim."
I'm a priest with the Orthodox Community of the Holy Spirit,
Ukrainian Autocephaous Orthodox Church (UAOC). I serve
at St. Nicholas Othodox Church (Patriachate of Kiev) in
Homewood, Illinois, as a visiting priest.
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
I'm doing some work on tribalism as our principal post-basic sociological unit. I see common sense, here.
Where are you located?
LaPorte, Indiana

Your words inspire me, encourage me, and refresh me. You are a part of this network even when you are not actively engaged in conversations. You are part of the 1500 that will continue to grow in size and significance. I loved your line: This community is one of the rays of sunlight in a sky grown too dark...Let the light shine in and on each of us.
David
Thanx Jim
Like your views and think that it might be too early to preempt, lets look at his adm for little more time.... I wish you are proved wrong... We are also driven by the fact that he enjoyed great popularity among americans.
I am so glad you joined us. I see engagement as a bigger them in so many areas of our lives from engaged students and teachers to engaged communities to engaging conversations to employee engagement. I am so pleased you joined us.
This forum is indeed becoming both deep and well-rounded in perspectives! I am looking forward to a dialogue on religion and engagement, and the potential power of engagement as it relates to society and social groups (tribes!).
Seriously, I need to think a bit about that one so I will let you start the discussion! I am cuirous as to your educational background, with the work you are involved in! Looking forward to your thoughts, Father.

You've touched on a critical issue here - how to effectively measure employee engagement at a small to mid-sized company. The key here is the word effective. Creating useful questions begs a study and since smaller companies typically do n...

Thanks Ben, that is really useful. I have to admit to not having had chance to read this myself yet. I was just forwarded the link by a journalist friend who thought it might be of interest. It's good to get the opportunity to hear somebody else v...
I have not personally read the UK Government review of employee engagement titled "Engaging for Success".
But a very dear friend of mine, one of the very few people I know who fully understands engagement having done it himself, did review it and...
