Hi, Craig-- What do you play? There's a Celtic music session on Monday nights at Fiddler's Hearth, in South Bend. If you're ever in north-central Indiana on a Monday night, it's a good place to be. It runs from about 8-12 PM. Fr. Jim

Rev. James:
Your words inspire me, encourage me, and refresh me. You are a part of this network even when you are not actively engaged in conversations. You are part of the 1500 that will continue to grow in size and significance. I loved your line: This community is one of the rays of sunlight in a sky grown too dark...Let the light shine in and on each of us.

Like your views and think that it might be too early to preempt, lets look at his adm for little more time.... I wish you are proved wrong... We are also driven by the fact that he enjoyed great popularity among americans.

Greetings, Father Jim!

This forum is indeed becoming both deep and well-rounded in perspectives! I am looking forward to a dialogue on religion and engagement, and the potential power of engagement as it relates to society and social groups (tribes!).

Seriously, I need to think a bit about that one so I will let you start the discussion! I am cuirous as to your educational background, with the work you are involved in! Looking forward to your thoughts, Father.

As a survey consultant I guess that I should like the idea of conducting monthly surveys, but I am concerned that employees may feel that they are being "over surveyed." There are options, of course. An organization might randomly assign each emplo…

This is a great read, a great story. I smiled the whole time as I read this. If this conversation is possible in your organization, then I'd say your leadership is trusted and transparent. Thanks for this story.
