- Who are you?
- Working in state government currently as an IT project manager and strategic planner, I am interested in helping the organizations where I am involved to achieve high performance through unlocking the potential that I believe is within each person. Employee engagement seems to be the strategic approach to addressing the human resource part of organizations.
- What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
- MPA student, graduating in June 2008, advocating for employee engagement as a human resource management strategy in Washington state government.
