Who are you?
I'm a family man in the evening and at weekends. During the day I'm Director of the cScape Customer Engagement Unit (CEU). The CEU is a collective of specialist consultants focused on using the opportunities existing in the digital space to increase business effectiveness.

my team produce the Annual Online Customer Engagement Report now in it's third year.

I co-authored a book called 'Winners and Losers in a Troubled Economy: How to Engage Customers Online to Gain Competitive Advantage'. Given the state of the world economy we decided to allow the book to exist as a free download as well which you can now access at:

Richard,
Last year's report looks very informative. I only glanced at it but have noted it for further study. There is a forum on the conference but I am not sure who might be going from the network...it looks like there is some interest.

Thanks for sharing this information, Roy. When I was Research Director at The Loyalty Institute, we found that the #1 driver of employee commitment was an organization's efforts to build a sense of spirit and pride. This was true in the US as well…
