Profile Information

Who are you?
20 plus years in the training and development industry, most of which spent in mentoring other training professionals. Our company has a focus of team and team leader development. I am an authorized distributor of Inscape Publishing, Vital Learning Corp, Performance Support Systems and Service Quality Institute. My graduate degree in Community Psychology from Penn State was based on attitude and behavior change in the workplace.
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
A key to being a competent team leader is knowing how to develop and support employee engagement. We represent a program based on the work of Curt Coffman - Employee Engagement 2.0
