Mahalo nui David! I shall check it out.

The D5M does make a big difference for managers so quickly, and I do love to spread the word - and the aloha :)

Rosa,

Terrence Seamon from the American Management Association started a group on Manager Tools for Employee Engagement. I mentioned the possible application of the daily 5 minutes exercise focused on employee engagement.

I encourage you if you are interested to join the group and share a point or two about the D5M and some links to places where you outline how to do it.

I think it is such a powerful and structured way to ensure connection and engagement.

Hi David, exciting growth here in such a short time!

I had just clicked in before to pick up the url for an announcement I put on Talking Story for you this morning: You can read it here

Rosa,
I noticed you were online. I look forward to talking with you next week. This site has far exceeded my initial expectations and hopes and I look forward to making this work with strong relationships, good content, and help for all with engagement.

This is a really great site. Thanks for recommending me to it. It is great to be back in touch. I absolutely loved your article on Pono (attitude). Looking forward to many more great articles.

Why thank you David! You have made my evening.

I am positive that you will soon experience what I have at JJL - everyone there teaches me! I learn way more than I teach and coach as mea ho'okipa (hostess) there, and I love that I do.

Rosa,
You must know as the network host that you have given me such a very fine model as you host the JJL group. I have already thought 3 times - what would Rosa do. Thank you for your indirect teaching.
David

Job-hunting? Don’t apply and fill, create and pitch

Today I am reprinting Sunday’s Say “Alaka‘i” blog post in total on my Talking Story blog, for some variation of this conversation is coming up quite a bit currently, and I thought some of you may be interested in it as well: I know we have many workplace coaches here, who do good, similar work to mine, and I find that this is now the single best piece of advice I am giving people right now.

Say “Alaka‘i” is a blog I write for Hawai‘i’s newspaper, The Honolulu Advertiser,Continue
