Accomplishments in the Employee Engagement Journey

Worked with seven managers to facilitate understanding of Employee Engagement and action planning on Gallup Employee Engagement scores

Worked closely with my team of 12 employees to understand their interpretations of Gallup Q12 statements and what experiences they are looking for on these statements. It was intensive exercise of 2 months, and helped me know so much more about my team, that I am well equipped to manage this team better and make sure that they remain engaged employees

Won the Best Employee Engagement Champion award for 2008

This is a great read, a great story. I smiled the whole time as I read this. If this conversation is possible in your organization, then I'd say your leadership is trusted and transparent. Thanks for this story.
