Profile Information

Who are you?
Until recently, I was the manager of Career Services at Health Canada (my profile picture comes from a team retreat we had last summer). I am currently the program manager of Research and HR Metrics. We are trying to encourage evidenced-based HR Management at Health Canada.
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
One of my key priorities is determining and fostering employee engagement.
