Hi Scott

I would love to do an email interview with you about Career management for Cubicle warriors. I would like to relate what you talk about to the topic of employee engagement creating results that matter for the warriors and the organization.

It would consist of about 6 or 7 questions that you can respond to and then I would put it up on my employee engagement site: Employee Engagement: Results That Matter

Scot,

You know how much I like your perspective on Cube Rules and Career Management for Cubicle Warriors. If you don't know him already you might want to connect with Michael Kanazawa on this site.

His about page includes the following cube-factoid:

Early in my management career I worked in cubicle 4S450N, just down the hall from Scott Adams, the creator of Dilbert (he was in 4S750R). That experience showed me the best, worst and funniest that corporate life has to offer. Since then I've been on a quest to find a better way.

David
