I couldn't agree more, and I like your examples. I'd be curious to hear some thoughts, or see some data, on the connection between resilience and trust?!

Engaging Gen Y in the Workplace!

Yesterday I facilitated a call for over 30 colleagues, the topic was Gen Y in the work place. Despite the fact that Gen Y is one of the fastest growing generations in the workforce, many organizations are still struggling with how to recruit, engage, and retain Gen Y employees. Many interesting learning's came from the cross generational discussions on this call, and I'm happy to share with anyone who has interest offline. Hi Scott,
Hope you are well! I am considering the AU/NTL Master's program and my attempts to obtain program graduate names from AU has proved futile. I see that you own the alumni group on Linkedin. com and would like to see if you have the time to speak with me about your experience with the AU/NTL program. I am comparing that program with another master's program and a certificate program, all from excellent DC universities. MAybe you have someone else you think would be able to spare a few minutes if you do not? Your work is extremely enlightening and makes me eager to begin my work in the field! I'm in Arlington with a very flexible schedule at the moment. Thanks so much in advance for considering my request. Best, Maura
