Who are you?
Project Consultant for at TNS Employee Insights. Specialize in employee retention and engagement with an IT focus. Specifically working on retention of top talent action planning, analyzing the data from our recent 17,000+ respondent engagement and exit panel studies, and working on weekly publications.

I am a big "open source" guy and believe that data is more useful when shared. If anyone is ever looking for recent statistics or normative data (past or present) just let me know!
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
"Engagement needs to be measured before it can be improved. Measurements need to be shared before action is taken. And actions will only succeed if improving engagement is the true goal." The term engagement is used too broadly and employees today tend to roll their eyes when they hear it. I want to do my part to change that.
