Who are you?
I work with small to medium sized business leaders to help them create a Champion work environment. This includes focusing on executive leadership coaching to develop a culture of employee engagement that thrives.
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
I am passionate about helping business leaders understand how they can get more productivity from their employees while also improving attitudes and an overall commitment to a shared vision.
