Who are you?
Stephen (B Eng., Royal Military College of Canada) has developed broad and in depth skills and experience in leadership and management throughout careers in the Canadian Armed Forces, the technology sector and as an entrepreneur. Stephen’s focus on customer effacing roles in sales, marketing and customer service have brought increased profitability to the resolution of mission critical problems. Bottom line results for both internal and external customers have been a singular focus for Stephen in all that he has done: trouble shooting, problem solving, developing and inplementing successful business plans, growing existing business, building new business, or leading and coaching teams to exceed assigned objectives.

Coaching and instructing for top results have been a life long pursuit for Stephen in his professional and personal pursuits. From training soldiers to be leaders, to leading and coaching Product Launch Teams, Quality Improvements Teams or Sales Teams; Stephen brings a complete skill set and extensive experience to successful results. Stephen has also successfully coached and trained horses and riders to compete at national level events across North America.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Fortunately my military time was during the 70's and 80's, so was very quiet other than lots and lots of training.
