Who are you?
Steve Maffei is the co-founder of Integrated Elements Inc., a management consulting firm dedicated to helping companies to strengthen employee engagement and retention. The practice works closely with organizations to assess the current status of their key engagement indicators and then identify and deliver solutions focused towards building on existing strengths and improving areas requiring enhancement.
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
My firm provides management consulting in the areas of employee engagement and retention. We have also launched a non-commercial resource site concerned with employee engagement at http://www.themostimportantelement.com.

I live and work in Bangalore, India which is really getting integrated with the Global economy - particularly in the hi-tech sectors. Have an Aggie connection as well ( Business School at College Station in 1986 !).
