Traditional people only sees the surface, thereby, missing the unusually great talents. This is for the simple fact that they just talk to the paper and not the person. They just browse the resume and not analyze the profile.

Search sites are close to useless for the unconventional… for this time, recruiters just talks to computers. Obviously, the best ways would then be… through “networking” and self-promotion, like “blogs.”
