Who are you?
I am the marketing manager for Enlightened Leadership Solutions, Inc. We consult management and leadership teams on how to better handle their "soft skills" or people skills. You can see more about the company at http://www.enleadership.com. In my free time I love seeing live music, riding bikes and reading books.
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
Our company's focus is on creating harmony in a work place by helping leaders better understand how to work with employees. Part of our teaching is how to engage employees to make them feel a sense of pride and ownership in projects and the company.

I am glad you joined. Harmony can make a workplace a stay-place...fostering retention. I wonder if it is more powerful not just to feel a sense of ownership but to have ownership...profit sharing, etc.
