Profile Information

Who are you?
Vandy founded MSA Interactive Ltd (now called Engauge) in 2002. The company provides a service to HR and training professionals supplying 360 degree feedback, employee engagement surveys and other performance tools.

In February 2008, Vandy was award the Institute of Directors, East of England Businesswoman of the Year Enterprise Award. She is a Fellow of the RSA, and a founder of the Cambridge HR Summit.

In regards to your blog questions. Protocol would suggest you don't post the same blog on two different sites although there are aggregators that often do this beyond blog writer's control.

I recommend that when you have a good blog post you write a short paragraph or a few lines about it encouraging people to visit the other site. You can also write different blog posts on different sites.
