Hi,

Thanks for the comments. Asking this question has produced some really interesting responses - including yours. On Monday my webiste will be up and you will be able to read a synthesis of the findings of some research we are doing around this question.

I hope you enjoy it.

Further, you will be able to see a core product we sell - I'd appreciate your thoughts as it could be that there would be some benefit in collaboration along the way - for example I am seeking partners in discrete geographies ti enter into arrangements to sell the product and deliver its linked business model.

Once again, thanks and have a great weekend.

Best,

Rob.

Thanks for the welcome Varadarajan. I've worked with India in the past in an employee engagement capacity and found the relationship focused culture refreshing in getting things accomplished. Made me wonder, are we really that individualistic in the states?

Hello Varadarajan,
When I read your one sentence advice, "For a Great Organizational Performance, encourage the heart and energize the people process," I nodded in agreement. Let's explore what managers can (and should) do to make this real. You are invited to join the Manager Tools group and join in the conversation.
