Leadership lessons from Taxi- Driver

Almost two years back, when I was in Chennai, India, I was forced to take the taxi to work as it was raining very heavily and I could not use my two-wheeler. The journey was adventurous because it was raining very heavily, the roads were flooded and visibility was not that great. Amidst all this obstacles, my taxi driver was as cool as a cucumber and assured me that we will reach the destination safe.


Then came big shock for me and him, on a major junction, the traffic…
