See that Avatar there... average stay is three to six months for an employee. Those of us who were devoted to being buried under a sand pit in the middle of the Swamp with no benefits were forced to leave under new management, family of the Owner lacking in Engagement qualities.

Needless to say, no hard workers ; no boats to meet the standards as advertised...
Ignorance and lack of foresight causes many Corporations to go out of business.

Being a Christian I took the disrespect and abuse as long as I could. Was filing for Disablity for my back when they called me to help. I stacked 'em so high and fast 'till all there was to do was sweep the floor and scrub the walls!

Don't even know if I was fired or layed-off. All I know is the harrasment about my personality had nothing to do with my performance. A welder must wait on his fitter, Not being an Actor feedin the dogs and pickin up trash out of parking lot seemed practical to me!

Sure is cowardly to make somebody quit instead of paying Unemployment, specially knowing I just bought a house.

Oh I'm so pissed could go on and on, but I have a home to pay for must look for work today.
Business is slow for everyone, guess they had to cut somebody, if you buy a boat three years from now it wont be one of mine, if the serial numbers arent doctored.

UPDATE...

Well ive settled down some, wating on new weding job to call me, but i foresee same situation. Owners daughter with attitude answering the phone, his son Shop Forman.

I know that we all want to help our familes with Employment, but if they are better suited flippin burgers, then let it be so !

Online aplications through various Job Search Engines pays off... i get plenty of forklift operating jobs, and this one from one of my previous employers... just sittin around the house in front of the computer.
