What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
I am the Internal Communications Leader, Europe for an American financial corporation. I have been in internal communications for almost 10 years, and for the last 3 years have focused on organisational change and employee engagement campaigns during integrations and acquisitions. Employee engagement will always intrigue me as it means so many different things to different people and there is not one correct answer.
