I am not a theater or drama person but I have latched on to the importance of improvisation in organizations as a tool to develop, foster, and connect engagement. I am taking a 10 day improvisation course in Calgary this summer with Keith Johnstone and I look forward to moving right out of my comfort zone and into new and exciting learning with all the emotions attached to it.
