Tammy looks good.

Here are a few quick thoughts.

Can they say who they are in 140 characters.
Can they say what they do in 140 characters.
This makes is brief.

I also like the 6 word story.
Click here to see an article I wrote last year with 52 6 word stories.

I think some kind of "check in" where people start a day or meeting by just saying how they are doing and what takes their energy these days is a good way to build community.


I like the work of Jane Dutton and how she demonstrated that high quality interactions were the single biggest contributor to organizational energy.

Those are a few ideas that come to top of mind.
