Who's in the way of employee engagement? Leaders and managers, maybe

Lately a number of my clients, colleagues, and talkers at the coffee shop are commenting that Employee Engagement may be getting too big for its britches. "I'm hearing and reading all this stuff about engaged employees. I don't see it making that big a difference."
