I saw Leonard Cohen last night and was moved by his powerful poetic and musical engaging performance.
I write very few poems but I have been thinking a lot lately about full and authentic recognition in the workplace. I have been inspired by talks with Peter Hart and Christophe Laval.

We have seen incredible growth in our network. Right after our first birthday we had a big growth spurt with many new members. We are now well over 800.
This is great to see so many people in a community focused on employee engagement.
