My client - a leading financial services group is currently recruiting for an Employee Engagement Manager for an ongoing temporary contract, with a view to go permanent.

The successful candidate will be required to manage and support delivery of employee engagement strategy on behalf of the group.

You must be experienced in the following areas:

*Providing advice and support on all employee engagement matters
*Producing guidance and support materials
*providing coaching and training to HR and Line Managers on Employee Engagement
*Analyze and report employee engagement data
*Designing and managing employee engagement databases
*Working with preferred suppliers during development and implementation
*Tracking and monitoring progress of the key deliverables

You must have a proven ability to analyse and synthesise MI with good reporting skills and attention to detail. Sector experience is preferred, but not essential.
