Engagement and Obama
I would just like to know the views of all the members on the impact of Obama's victory on Engagement from organizations' point of view as well as from individual point of view.

thanx for this link.... HIs being cohesive leader is good till such cohesiveness dose not become dysfunctional.. I know Engagement is reflected in his words and actions.

Obama is an engagement phenomenon! He's a cohesive leader who understands that group dynamics can multiply (or dissolve) engagement exponentially.
