Our client, a professional services company, is seeking an Employee Engagement Manager to join their offices based in Guildford, with travel to London. The main purpose of this role is to maximise employee engagement, so that fellow employees feel comfortable acting as advocates and ambassadors for the company, and so that they remain committed and eager to develop their careers within this organisation. You will be required to focus on six key areas including employee proposition and core engagement.
For this role, strong communication skills are a must as is previous experience within employee engagement and working in a HR function. You will need to be a proven problem solver who can design and deliver employee engagement interventions within a fast moving, intellectually rich environment. Strong commercial experience will also be extremely beneficial to this role.
