Over 600 Free Resources for Employee Engagement & Strength Based Leadership

It was all worth it.

This weekend I surpassed 600 free articles/post on www.davidzinger.com. I have been writing blogs for almost 5 years and have surpassed over 1000 blog posts.

I am very proud to offer the eclectic and informative range of articles on employee engagement and strength based leadership.. Some people have asked why I would give this much information away for free. Here are a few of my reasons:

One. If it helps one employee become more engaged in their work it is all worth it.

Two. If it helps one leader or manager in fostering more engagement it is all worth it.

Three. When you write you learn. I learn a lot from each article I write and this makes it all worth it.

Four. It it expands some people's narrow views of employee engagement it was all worth it.

Five. I believe strongly in an employee engagement community and I need to be a contributing member of that community so that makes it all worth it.
