-We are a Puget Sound-based organization comprised of entrepreneurial individuals working to address the world’s most pressing social problems
-By providing opportunities for networking, resource sharing, learning and celebration, we enhance community members’ capacity to make positive social impact
-We help our members incubate and develop new ideas and connect with others who have the skills, passion and experience to bring new visions to life

Before you start engaging an employee, know him and respect him as an individual first and engagement will follow.
Listen! Zip your mouth. Don't interrupt them when they are opening up to you and expressing there feelings. Remember, its about them not you!
