That is how much I thought you were aligned with this progressive approach to engagement. I know you have limited time and are doing a ton of stuff but you offer so much to help leaders and individuals increase and foster engagement. Great to have you here. I believe this community is growing to be a strong force to be reckoned with by organizations and in today's age community will trump organization anytime.

Appreciate the question--but what if you consider that there is more than one type of "true" engagement, and that different types of engagement may involve more or less spiritual, intellectual or participatory involvement?
