Are you in a mfg environment? I think it is very cool that someone in your work (safety & health) is looking to an engagement forum for insights. Engagement is not just for OD eggheads to play with. The real challenge to engage employees is to gain trust by giving them autonomy to shape their own jobs to their own wishes, interests and strengths but always aligned with an open and transparant organisational vision and strategy.
