David, I agree- you can see his passion throughout.
If you really love your job and what you do, the engagement is obvious to anyone you meet.

I enjoyed his love of Soda. I was going to watch only a minute but found that his sincere and authentic knowledge and love of soda pop and freedom of choice engaged me for the full 12 minutes. Thanks for posting this as it is a great little sleeper video with much more in it than you first think. Even some good rant about energy drinks and his love of bubbles.
