The Employee Engagement Network

Employee Engagement For All.....hosted by David Zinger

David Zinger

You are an awesome network

This network thrills me. In under 4 months we have over 225 members and a very high percentage of active and engaged participants generating numerous insightful and meaningful conversations.

Even as the host of this network, it is rapidly becoming my primary source for information from notice about Time magazine articles on engagement to opinion and various ideas.

I began with the idea that I would need to create a whole bunch of forum topics but you have elevated and extended forums to a level I never anticipated this early in our development.

We have 7 powerful groups and Terrence is making the Manager Tool Group THE group to be a part of.

If there is one area I would encourage more development is groups. As we grow you will benefit by being a part of something smaller while connected to something larger.

I look forward to more development during our second quarter beginning in June. I hope to have webinars and other resources operational by early fall.

Take care and stay engaged,

David Zinger

It IS something, David, that you have sparked. You have started a fire!
As Bruce Springsteen said, "You can't start a fire without a spark..."
You started a wave and it is still growing, still building.
Let's see where this goes...
Engaged, Enthused and Excited,
Terry

Terrence,
If I started a fire you have add a whole lot of fuel and you also are an exceptional fire "monitor" to keeps eyes on the entrance of new members and helping point out various ideas.

I just finished reading a number of posts and thought - "I LOVE THIS FORUM" - I have to post this thought somewhere and then to my surprise (well, I shouldn't have been surprised), I found this thread.
My mind gets so stimulated by the posts that I can't seem to think straight for minutes afterwards - I want to reply but my mind is churning out responses, ideas, concepts, quotes, etc. that I don't know where to start.
Thank you so much David for inviting me into this wonderful network of people. I promise to get my thoughts in order - I hope - and add to the dialogue.
